Fall 2025 Primary Recruitment

Primary Recruitment will be in the fall semester. The primary recruitment is a structured process where potential new members (any woman going through recruitment) will meet all 6 chapters through a series of rounds. After attending all the rounds, a potential new member may be offered a bid for membership, and will celebrate with her new sisters at Bid Day to end the recruitment week.

Registration Information

To participate in Primary Recruitment, a woman must register on the Campus Director site. She must also pay a non-refundable $25 registration fee through EventBrite to cover room rentals and other recruitment costs.

Registration opens June 1st and closes September 5th!

Be sure to register AND pay the registration fee as soon as you can!

If you are in need of accommodations during the recruitment week, accommodations can be requested through the registration form on Campus Director.

Recruitment at a Glance

Orientation

All women going through the recruitment process will attend recruitment orientation. There will be an optional online orientation and a mandatory in-person orientation.

Orientation ensures each woman has ALL the information she needs to go into the recruitment process!

Women who cannot attend in person will complete the online orientation!

Sisterhood Round

Women will visit all 6 sorority chapters during this round. Chapter members and potential new members will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and learn about the chapter's sisterhood.

Chapters will describe their financial obligations during this round.

After this round, potential new members will select their 4 preferred sorority chapters and 2 less preferred sorority chapters.

Philanthropy Round

Women will meet with between 1 to 4 chapters during this round based on mutual selection. Each chapter will discuss their respective philanthropies (charity organizations), fundraising events, and community service activities.

After this round, potential new members will select their top two sorority chapters for preference.

Preference Round

Women will meet with 1 or 2 sorority chapters during this round. The preference round focuses on ritual and the deeper meanings of sorority sisterhood. The preference round serves as an opportunity to connect with that chapter and visualize membership with these potential lifelong sisters.

After this round, potential new members will rank their chapter(s) for highest preference.

Bid Day

Bid Day is an exciting day! Potential new members will gather together and await to see which chapter they have been invited for membership. A bid card will be opened that will have the chapter invitation for membership.

After opening a bid card, potential new members will "run home" with their new sisters and celebrate their membership into the sorority organization.
