What to Wear!

This page is simply a guide for inspiration of what to wear to recruitment. As a values-based recruitment process, we do not ask you to buy specific attire, nor are you selected for membership based on your attire.

We ALWAYS recommend wearing what will make YOU confident, and what shows off your personality! If you want advice on attire, your recruitment counselor would be more than happy to help you outfit plan!

Sisterhood Round

Sisterhood days are casual! We recommend clothes that are comfortable and definitely wear comfortable walking shoes! Consider what you might wear to a Sunday brunch.

Sneakers and sandals are all good here! We do not provide recruitment shirts for potential new members, so keep that in mind!

Philanthropy Round

Philanthropy days are more business casual. It is common to see slack pants, dresses, or a nice blouse or sweater. You can leave the blazer at home!

Flats, loafers, and heels are common here.

Preference Round

We often see formal dress for Preference Round. Consider slacks, jumpsuits, dresses and a nice dress shoe or heel. Think semi-formal, daytime wedding or cocktail dress events!
